Kalman Generation Internship Program (KGIP) is an internship program designed to maximize and develop Indonesian students potentials. This program aims to develop students skill and strengthen their character through hands-on projects guided by Kalman professionals as mentors and coaches.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

- Handling clients social media activity

- Coordinate with others in the creative division in posting content according to scheduled plans

- Interact with followers and other users to keep the account's engagement high

- Monitor conversations related to the accounts and gather insights for our content ideas

- Ensure that the content is posted according to the schedule and on the right account

- QC the content before posting to avoid any mistakes

- Ensure any comments & messages are replied swiftly

Persyaratan

- University students in marketing, advertising or public relations field

- Quick learner with a willingness to learn, support the team and always do what is necessary to achieve objectives

- Exceptional copywriting skill and communication

- Creative and energetic

- Familiar with social media (instagram and facebook)

- Humble and good attitude
